Virtual Learning Tutorial – Ego, ego traps and the impact we have as leaders

To create a high performing business where people love to work, there is a need for leaders to create a level of consciousness around how they are being. This is massively influenced by whether our ego is over or under inflated.

My book "Ego – Get Over Yourself and Lead" is coming out very soon and I’ve had a few people ask me what I mean by the term “ego”.

Recently I had the pleasure of running this virtual learning tutorial all about ego (see video below), the traps we fall into and how that affects both ourselves and those around us.
